Online Course Requests – Schools can set the timeframe in which online course requesting is available. Students can then make their course selections in the Student Portal. Counselors and administrators can see and approve their requests in the School view. In addition, students and/or counselors can set a course priority on each course request.

Teacher Recommendation – During a specified date range, teachers can enter course recommendations for the coming year directly in the Gradebook for their current students. After teachers enter their recommendations, counselors and administrators can accept the recommendations, add additional recommendations, and convert them into student requests. Students can even view and accept those recommendations online.

Group Entry – Many students, such as freshmen or students on a special track might need to request the same courses. Schedulers can easily add requests by course number for a group of selected students or an entire grade level or snapshot.

Single Student Entry – A counselor can enter several course requests for a student at one time, and also make adjustments or exceptions.

Batch Entry – If a staff member manually enters all request data, use the Batch Entry page in the Build view. On this page, a user types the course numbers each student requests into a spreadsheet to generate course requests.
